INTERMEDIATE AWARD
Div IX Sec 1-15 Assorted Materials. 25 any size.
Specialized to black and white only on each button as viewed from the top.
No balance of colors on each button is required.
For black and white buttons in this award, we realize that when scanning
not all colors will show true, so care should be taken when scanning your
trays.
Judging Criteria - Judges will use Benefit of the Doubt when judging
the color of each button on this award. Not all shades of white
will show identically on a scan and the writers of the award are
asking the judges to allow a wide spectrum of white be used
for judging the award. This would include, but not be exclusive to,
white, off-white, cream and ivory shades.

Comments:
Good choice of black and white buttons. All shapes and pictorials covered.
For improvement, you could add different materials
(vegetable ivory, horn or metal) instead of the plastics.

Comments:
Unfortunately, there is a blue button on your tray, so we must measle the
tray.
The fabric button with the little sticks also came under question,
because there is definitely some brown there.
You had a good representation of materials, though.

Comments:
Be careful in the future to put only the color that is asked for on your tray.
The black glass could be considered black, white and silver.
Otherwise a beautiful tray - both pearl inlays are wonderful and we liked
the zebra.
As much as possible don't duplicate (two whales) and be sure to cover all
the pictorials (no object).

Comments:
Be careful in the future to put only the color that is asked for on your tray.
The clock could be considered black, white and silver.
It would have been nice if you had covered all pictorials and shapes,
but the VI elephant, scrimshaw cat, letters and numbers were great!
